Billing, Subscription & Cancellation Terms
Subscriptions
Plans are recurring subscriptions billed at the frequency you select (monthly or annual). The recurring amount and billing frequency are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.
Annual & prepaid options
Annual payment is an optional prepaid one-year commitment. It may include priority onboarding, an annual planning/review, and locked-in service terms for the prepaid period. Any multi-year or long-term prepaid arrangement is provided only with clear written service terms covering exactly what's included, the amount paid upfront, and cancellation/termination terms.
Payment security
Payments are processed through a secure, tokenized payment provider. Khanios never stores raw payment-card information.
Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, we send an immediate notification and additional notifications during an approximately 7-day grace period. We'll clearly explain what happens if payment remains unresolved. We do not threaten or surprise customers.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription; subscription terms are always clearly available. Cancellation stops future recurring charges according to your plan's terms.
Refunds
Payments made are non-refundable except where required by law. This no-refund policy applies to recurring subscription payments and the optional photography add-on.
Photography add-on
The optional Professional Photography service is $125 and covers a single defined on-location session of up to 1.5 hours. Availability varies by location and scheduling is required. The $125 fee covers the defined photography session only.
